A very well made easy drinking Chardonnay. Bright pale straw colour with waterlike hue. The nose is restrained, with hints of yeast lees, melon and cashew. Creamy palate texture, with flavours of biscuit, cashew and spice. Soft acid finish. Aftertaste of cashew, melon and spice.

Retasted, April 2005:
A very well made, easy drinking Chardonnay. Bright, pale straw colour with slight green hue evident. Delicate nose, with hints of tropical fruit. The palate is quite generous, with a creamy texture. Flavours of tropical fruit and peach emerge followed by a touch of citrus. Soft acid finish. Aftertaste of tropical fruit and peach.

A well made commercial wine. Brilliant straw colour with pale straw hue. The nose displays a hint of biscuit, yeast lees and melon. The palate has good weight, with tropical fruit flavours and soft acid finish. Tropical fruit aftertaste.
