Bright straw colour with pale straw hue. Aroma of biscuit and cashew with just a touch of honey emerging. Subtle yeast lees. Creamy palate texture. The flavour profile is relatively short and the wine lacks the concentration of a top Chardonnay. Flavours of yeast lees and cashews emerge. Soft acid finish. Creamy cashew aftertaste.
