An aperitif style sparkling, made from Chardonnay. The wine opens well with an impressive creamy white mousse, followed by very fine bead with good persistence. The nose is quite delicate, with top notes of biscuit, followed by cashew, yeast lees and a hint of toast. Creamy palate, with delicate lees and grapefruit flavours. Clean finish. Lemon, lees aftertaste with crisp acid backbone.
