Almost opaque black crimson colour with crimson mauve hue. Vanilla and spice top note, followed by ripe plum, mocha and truffle. Full bodied palate. Flavours of spice, plum, vanilla and confectionary, showing classic ripe Barossa fruit. Perfect balance. Very long aftertaste of vanilla, mocha, liquorice and black pepper.

Retasted: Opaque black purple colour with black purple hue. Top note of vanilla and liquorice, delivering a generous lift. The palate has plenty of weight, with generous ripe plum, liquorice and vanilla flavours. Mouthfilling. Fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of plum, liquorice and black pepper.
