2004 Tim Adams The Aberfeldy Shiraz

Totally opaque black crimson colour with black crimson hue. Top note of toasted oak, followed by plum, spice and vanilla. On the palate flavours of plum and spice emerge, followed by back palate flavours of spice, black pepper and liquorice. Fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of spice, plum black pepper and liquorice allsorts.
