2004 Tigress Bay of Fires Riesling

A wine which displays razor sharp acidity. Bright pale straw colour with water like hue. The top note is a touch subdued with lemon and lime notes evident. The acidity is very precise. Lemon flavours are to the forefront with the acidity dominating the palate. The wine needs time to settle down.
