2004 Terra Felix Mourvedre

Increasingly back labels are having to carry all sorts of warnings just in case someone has an allergy to a particular ingredient that has been used in the winemaking process. This wine has the following warning:“Eggs white finings used. Allergic reactions to this product is unlikely but can not be excluded. TO LIVE HAS ALWAYS BEEN DANGEROUS.” Such warnings could easily drive a man to drink!
Deep crimson purple colour with deep mauve hue. Medium body. Aroma of cherry, spice, raspberry and liquorice, showing youthful lift. The palate is light, with some inky raspberry flavours emerging. The tannins are quite dry and persist into the aftertaste. Inky raspberry flavours reappear on the aftertaste.
