The blend is composed of 30% Merlot and 70% Cabernet. Very deep black purple colour with deep black mauve hue. Lifted Cabernet top notes of violet and blackcurrant. The palate delivers an impressive flavour profile of spice, liquorice, black pepper and cedar over a stewed plum back palate. Fine grained tannins, slightly dry, but in balance. Long aftertaste of stewed plum, spice and blackcurrant.
