2004 Skillogalee Trevarrick Single Contour Cabernet Sauvignon

A classic ripe Cabernet and winner of a Trophy & Gold Medal at the Clare Valley Show 2007, a Silver Medal at the Adelaide Show 2007 and ranked in the Top 5 in Winestate's Wine of the Year Awards.

Opaque black crimson colour with black crimson hue, showing good cling. Top note of dark chocolate followed by spice and cedar with end notes of blackcurrant and violet. Mouthfilling palate, elegant with flavours of dark chocolate, spice and vanilla over a back palate of blackcurrant and liquorice. Velvet tannins – excellent depth of flavour.
