DELICIOUSLY DIFFERENT & WONDERFUL WITH THE CHRISTMAS TURKEY.
A consistantly reliable Sparkling Shiraz delivering all the flavours that one seeks out in the style. Deep mauve purple mousse, with fine, very persistent bead. The base wine is very deep, almost opaque with black crimson colour. Mouthfilling palate flavours of spice, plum and liquorice allsorts over a creamy texture. Perfect balance – joosy with long liquorice allsorts and plum aftertaste. A classic Seppelt style.
