A well made Pinot which seems to have all the right pedigrees but not the power wave to propel it to greatness. Clones MV6, 114, 115 and D5V12 have been used. Yields have been kept to a modest 2.6 tonnes per acre. The wine has been matured in new and old Troncais oak.

Semi translucent brick red colour and hue. Aroma of cherry, strawberry and spice, showing good varietal character. On the palate there is a hint of cherry, followed by stewed plum. Moderate power wave. Fine grained tannin. Aftertaste of cherry and stewed plums.
