An impressive, slightly dry sparkling Shiraz. Opaque black crimson colour with deep purple mauve mousse. Medium sized bead with very good persistence. Ripe blackberry, plum and spice flavours are supported by fine, slightly dry tannins. This wine is not as fruit driven as say the Seppelt Original. Excellent length. Clean finish.
