2004 Sanguine Estate Heathcote Shiraz

The 2004 Sanguine Estate Shiraz is showing more elegance and refinement than previous vintages. Opaque black purple colour with purple crimson hue. Perfumed nose of redcurrant, violets, blackcurrant, blackberry and plum. The palate has good weight, with flavours of plum emerging over freshly crushed blackberries followed by a touch of raspberry and black pepper on the back palate. Soft tannins. Aftertaste of raspberry, plum and blackberry.
