2004 Rosemount Estate Hill of Gold Shiraz

Very deep crimson colour with deep crimson hue. Straightforward nose of stewed fruit and cedar followed by plum and spice. The palate is showing signs of drying out. Flavours of plum and stewed fruit are overlaid with old leather. Fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of plum and stewed fruit.
