2004 Rolf Binder Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot

Very deep brick red colour with brick red hue – rather advanced. The nose is too developed. Top note of stewed fruit, followed by spice, plum and dark chocolate. With back palate flavours of plum. Light soft but dryish tannins. Aftertaste of chocolate, plum and prune.

Opaque black crimson colour with deep black purple hue. Aroma of cedar, liquorice and blackcurrant. The palate reveals flavours of dark chocolate, mocha, blackcurrant and spice flavours. Fine, dryish tannins. Aftertaste of spice, mocha and blackcurrant.
