2004 Reilly's Watervale Riesling - Museum Release

Bright straw colour with slight greenish tinge and pale straw hue. The nose displays some toasted kerosene top notes followed by citrus and spice end notes. Palate flavours of toast, lemon, lime and spice and a hint of dried honey. Clean dry finish, with the acidity still holding up well. Aftertaste of toast, lemon and spice.
Cellar for a further 2-3 years (2012-2013).

First Tasted August 2005:
Bright pale gold colour, showing some early bottle age. The nose reveals a hint of honey over lime, followed by a floral end note. The palate displays flavours of citrus and honey followed by a touch of spice. Soft acid finish. Subtle aftertaste of honey, citrus and lime.
