2004 Reilly's Dry Land Cabernet Sauvignon

Reilly's started from humble beginnings in 1993 when the first vintage was processed on the front porch of a historical cottage on the property. Over the years, the winery has steadily grown outstripping the capacity of the cottage. Production has now moved to a state-of-the-art facility in nearby Leasingham.

A big Classic ripe Clare Cabernet.

Opaque brick red colour with brick red hue. Top note of dark chocolate, followed by cedar, vanilla and cassis, showing distinct concentrated ripe fruit character. The palate is concentrated, with flavours of cassis, liquorice and spice overlaid with black and white pepper. Mouthfilling. Fine, dryish but balanced tannins. Very long aftertaste.
