Brilliant straw colour with green tinge. The nose reveals a hint of toast, showing some early development, followed by notes of confectionary, lemon and lime. The palate displays a hint of lemon, over a background of straw and confectionary, followed by a persistent lemon quality. Crisp acid backbone. Aftertaste of lemon, straw and spice.
