2004 R.L. Buller & Son Valerie Petit Verdot

Very deep, almost opaque black purple colour with deep purple hue. The nose is restrained. There is a touch of liquorice emerging followed by a ripe plum and black cherry end note. On the palate, flavours of spice, liquorice and white pepper emerge. Fine grained tannins, which are drying. Aftertaste of black cherry and spice.
