2004 R.L. Buller & Son Limited Release Shiraz

This wine is big in alcohol, but does not have the winemaking mastery behind it that the equally big wines of Warrabilla deliver. Very deep brick red colour with deep brick red hue. Top note of stewed fruit, followed by cherry, cocoa and chocolate, with a spicy end note. Dry leathery palate with stewed fruit flavours evident, with a warm spicy back palate. The wine is out of balance and will age very quickly.
