2004 Purple Hen Cabernet Sauvignon

This wine is made at Rhyll, on Phillip Island. Bright crimson colour with crimson mauve hue. Medium body. The nose is delicate – showing a restrained blackcurrant top note followed by spice and a light cedar end note. The palate flavours are light, with fine soft tannins. Aftertaste of stewed fruit and spice.
