2004 Pertaringa Understudy Cabernet Sauvignon Petit Verdot

Medium body, brick red colour with brick red hue showing bottle development. Developed nose of cedar, earth and leather followed by a cedar end note. The palate fruit is beginning to dry out. Fine, dry slightly chalky tannins. Some truffle back palate flavours with continues through to the aftertaste followed by spice, cedar and leather.
