A very impressive Pinot. Very deep crimson colour with deep mauve hue, showing excellent Pinot colour. Superb lifted nose of spice, raspberry, strawberry and black cherry followed by cloves and a touch of game. Mouthfilling palate with excellent power wave. Flavours of raspberry, confectionary, spice and cloves. Very spicy back palate. Fine grained, slightly dusty tannins. Very long aftertaste of spice, strawberry and game.
Cellar 4-5 years (2010-2011)
Alc/Vol: 14.9%
