Opaque black crimson colour with black purple hue. Lifted nose of spice, liquorice, toasted oak and blackberry. The palate is a touch lighter than the nose suggests. Flavours of stewed fruit emerge followed by plum and spice. Fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of plum, spice and stewed fruit.
