2004 Oliver's Taranga Corrina's Cabernet Sauvignon Shiraz

Very deep black, crimson colour with deep crimson hue. Superb nose of cassis, violets, white pepper, spice and cedar. The palate is superbly integrated. Excellent balance. Mouthfilling palate with superb ripe Cabernet fruit, matched perfectly with the Shiraz component. Layers of cassis, blackcurrant, cedar, spice and vanilla. Fine grained, dryish tannins, perfectly balanced. Excellent length and depth. Very long aftertaste of spice, white pepper, cassis and vanilla.
