A dry Unoaked wine. Bright deep straw colour with straw hue. Top note of confectionary, followed by a hint of honey, melon and tropical fruit. The palate flavour profile is light and slightly broad. Soft acid finish. Light aftertaste of confectionary, honey and tropical fruit.

First Tasted, June 2006:
Brilliant gold colour with pale gold hue. Aroma of honeycomb and spice. Mouthfilling palate with flavours of spice, honeycomb dominant, followed by a warm spicy back palate with hints of honey and infused tropical fruit. Creamy texture. Soft acid finish. Aftertaste of citrus and honeycomb.
