2004 Murrindindi Vineyards Don't Tell Dad Cabernet Sauvignon

Very deep brick red colour with deep brick red hue. Showing considerable bottle development. Aroma of stewed fruit, cedar and old leather, again very developed. The palate follows through with the fruit drying out and flavours of stewed fruit and cedar over leather evident. Fine dry tannins.

First Tasted 27th August 2007
Bright crimson colour with crimson hue. Medium body. Aroma of cedar and blackcurrant, followed by tea leaf and cigar box. On the palate flavours of stewed fruit and cedar are supported by fine dryish tannins. Aftertaste of stewed fruit and cedar.
