2004 Mount Langi Ghiran Langi Shiraz

A very refined cool climate Shiraz. Opaque black crimson colour with black crimson hue. Top note of vanilla, followed by spice and violets delivering a perfumed sniff. The palate has excellent structure, quite tight, with plum, vanilla and black pepper flavours to the fore. Excellent length. Plum, spice and stewed fruit aftertaste with black pepper quality persisting.
