Bright straw colour with pale straw hue. The nose has a delicate lift, with notes of spice, yeast lees, cashew and biscuit emerging. The palate flavours are relatively light, with yeast lees evident followed by a touch of lemon, cashew and butterscotch. Clean acid finish. Aftertaste of lemon and peach.
