Deep crimson colour with crimson hue. Medium body. This wine is holding up well. The nose is perfumed with blackcurrant top note followed by violet, spice and a hint of raspberry. The palate has weight but without refinement. Liquorice, blackcurrant and spice flavours emerge over a mocha background. Fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of mocha, spice and blackcurrant.
