8 Barrels were selected for this signature series Merlot. The wine has been matured for 20 months in French oak. Medium body. Crimson colour with crimson mauve hue. Top note of mulberry, followed by spice and violets, with end notes of cedar and cassis. On the palate flavours of mulberry, cedar and stewed fruit. Fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of mulberry, cedar and spice.
