2004 Knee Deep Chardonnay

Bright pale gold colour with pale gold straw hue. On the nose lees, cashew and hazelnut aromas emerge followed by a butterscotch end note. Creamy palate. Butterscotch and yeast lees palate with tropical fruit, hazelnut and nougat back palate. Clean finish. Aftertaste of nougat, spice, yeast lees and butterscotch.
