2004 Jim Barry The Florita Riesling

This is precision Riesling, showing austerity whilst still delivering plenty of flavour. Brilliant pale straw colour with green hue. Superb, lifted nose of spice, lemon, lime and orange. The palate delivers laser like precision with lemon flavours being dominant over a lime background. Crisp acid backbone.
