2004 Jansz Sparkling Chardonnay Pinot Noir

Excellent creamy mousse. Fine bead with very good persistence – pale gold colour base wine, showing some bottle development. Top note of yeast lees, honeycomb and hazelnut. Creamy palate with flavours of yeast lees, grapefruit and biscuit. Clean acid finish. An elegant aperitif style.
