2004 Home Hill Wines Kelly's Cuvee Pinot Noir Chardonnay

This sparkling wine is composed of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay. The mousse is impressive and is followed by a fine bead showing very good persistence. Base wine is a pale straw colour. Top note of yeast lees and biscuit followed by a hint of green apple. On the palate flavours of grapefruit and lemon emerge, emphasised by a crisp acid backbone. Aftertaste of grapefruit and lemon.
