2004 Hollick Sauvignon Blanc Semillon

Brilliant, very pale straw colour, with waterlike hue. The nose has a slightly dusty character which is followed by grassy, herbaceous endnotes – all quite delicate given the varietal mix. The palate delivers moderate length, with flavours of ripe gooseberry and tropical fruit. Clean acid finish. Aftertaste of lemon and ripe gooseberry.
