A well made commercial style red, which has been matured in 100% new medium toasted French oak. Very deep crimson colour with deep crimson purple hue. Aroma of spice, blackberry and plum. On the palate there is a hint of liquorice followed by plum and spice flavours. Soft tannins. Plum and spice aftertaste.
