2004 Heggies Reserve Riesling

Deep straw colour with pale gold edges. Aromas of toast and spice followed by some subtle complexing notes of kerosene, citrus and a touch of honey. The palate displays superb mouthfeel and concentration with flavours of citrus, spice and lime with a toasty overlay and underlying minerality. The acidity is holding up well providing a clean crisp finish. Excellent length. Long aftertaste of spice, toast and citrus.
Drink now or cellar a further 3-4 years.
