2004 Hare's Chase Shiraz

Very deep almost opaque crimson colour with crimson hue. The nose is developed with aroma of cedar, stewed fruit and spice followed by a hint of chocolate and plum. The palate flavours are relatively short – plum, spice, leather and cedar emerge. Fine dry, balanced tannins. The fruit is drying out – light cedar and plum aftertaste.
