A commercial Chardonnay. Bright pale gold colour with straw hue. Aroma of yeast lees, cashew and biscuit followed by hazelnut end notes, showing secondary ferment characters. The palate is creamy in texture. Flavours of biscuit and yeast lees, but with little length or depth. A light aftertaste of yeast lees and biscuit.
