Bright pale gold colour with straw hue. Aroma of melon and peach followed by a touch of biscuit and yeast lees. Creamy palate texture with flavours of biscuit, yeast lees and hazelnut followed by citrus in the background. Clean finish. Long aftertaste of biscuit, hazelnut, yeast lees and spice.
