2004 Fire Gully Chardonnay

Brilliant pale straw colour with green hue. There is evidence of barrel ferment, followed by cashew and yeast lees followed by hints of biscuit and butterscotch. Creamy palate – but relatively short – subtle melon and yeast lees flavours emerge.
