2004 Fire Block Old Vine Shiraz

Opaque black crimson colour with black purple hue. Superb, lifted nose, with notes of violets, vanilla and spice followed by a hint of blackberry and ripe plum. The palate reveals flavours of vanilla, plum and spice followed by a touch of mocha and dark chocolate. Fine grained tannins, perfectly balanced. Aftertaste of dark chocolate mocha, violets and vanilla.
