2004 Edradour Ballechin Straight from the Cask 13 Year Old Port Cask Matured Cask Strength Single Malt Scotch Whisky (500ml)

Port casks, typically those which have contained young ruby port are considered good partners with single malt whisky. Add some serious smoke and you're in for a treat. Edradour's "Ballechin" has phenol levels weighing in at a minimum of 50ppm. Distilled in 2004 and bottled early 2018 with an outturn of just 421 bottles, the colour of this whisky is a wonderful bright amber-rust-red from long maturation in an x-Port cask.
