2004 Diamond Valley Vineyard Blue Label Chardonnay

Brilliant straw colour with pale green hue. Lifted nose of yeast lees and cashew followed by a hint of toasted oak, butterscotch, melon and peach. Full bodied, creamy texture, with flavours of yeast lees and butterscotch emerging followed by spicy oak. Soft acid finish. Aftertaste of spicy oak, toast and butterscotch.
