2004 Charles Sturt University Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot

Bright deep crimson colour with deep crimson hue. Top note of blackcurrant, followed by cedar and liquorice. The palate has good weight with a sense of elegance. Flavours of blackcurrant and cedar are dominant. Fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of cedar, blackcurrant and spice with fine grained dry tannins persisting.
