2004 Castle Rock Estate Riesling

A very aromatic wine. Bright, straw colour with waterlike hue. The nose is lifted, with floral top notes, followed by rose petal, orange blossom and lime. The palate displays excellent lime, lemon counterpoint with orange rind emerging on the back palate and aftertaste. Crisp acid balance.
