Tasting note: [30ml sample] This full term ex Sherry Bunnah' is super-charged, showing integration and maturity while retaining all the complexity of the phenols, the aroma leading into an assortment of woolshed, lanolin, barley sugar, cocoa and menthol rub-like notes. It's silky and integrated with sweet peat and malt beautifully harmonised in a tongue-coating lather of smoke infused oils. More honey and earthy peat, then more salt and pepper through the aftertaste. Humongous for this distillery.
