A new venture with former Penfolds Grange winemaker on board as a consultant. Very deep, almost opaque black purple colour with black purple hue. Aroma of liquorice, violets, spice, blackberry and liquorice allsorts. On the palate flavours of ripe plum, liquorice and violet infusions. Fine grained , dry tannins. The wine delivers excellent weight and mouthfeel. Aftertaste of plum, spice and vanilla.
