2004 Boat O'Craigo Black Spur Chardonnay

Brilliant gold colour with straw hue. Top note of yeast lees, butterscotch and honey with a biscuit end note. The palate is quite dry, with some oxidative handling evident, giving the wine a fino sherry like character. Crisp acid finish with flor fino aftertaste.
